All logistics operations are managed in-house, allowing us to monitor every step — from receipt of goods to order preparation, packaging, and shipment — ensuring that all products maintain their integrity and traceability.

A core component of our logistics offering is the maintenance of a certified cold chain, essential for handling In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products, reagents, and other temperature-sensitive items.

Our cold rooms are continuously monitored and maintained within the 2–8°C range, as required by European and international standards for medical distribution. Products stored in these areas include reagents, calibrators, and controls — all of which are critical in laboratory testing environments.

We utilize:
